With over 20 years of combined healthcare experience, ranging from emergency services to patient care. We take a hands-on approach to helping residents rebuild their lives. Our mission is to empower individuals in recovery to embrace a future of dignity, resilience, and hope.

Jenelle is the dedicated House Manager for Serg Housing, overseeing operations across our locations, with a primary focus on the Rialto home. A former New Yorker, she has embraced California living and is passionate about supporting individuals on their sobriety journey. She is committed to providing a structured, supportive, and encouraging environment, ensuring that residents receive the guidance and resources they need to maintain stability and build a healthier future.

Safe, Structured Sober Living
Our newly built, non-licensed home in the vibrant Silverlake area of Los Angeles provides a safe, structured, and supportive environment designed for transitional housing and life skills development. Led by compassionate and experienced healthcare professionals, our home offers residents the opportunity to rebuild and thrive in a nurturing community.
In addition, we are excited to announce that we now offer housing for women at our Rialto Home, providing the same level of support, stability, and growth-focused environment tailored to meet the unique needs of women in recovery.
